Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping (US): 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: 3-21 business days (varies by country)

Note: International orders may be subject to customs processing and additional fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
  • We offer insurance coverage for lost or stolen packages:

    • If your package is lost or stolen, you are eligible for a replacement of the same product or store credit if the item is out of stock.
    • Claims must be submitted within 21 days of the expected delivery date.
    • Claims are processed within 7 business days of submission.
    • Customers must sign a legal disclaimer certifying the accuracy of the claim before any replacement or credit is issued.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@mybrazilianshop.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at info@mybrazilianshop.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
