We accept Returns for Store Credit Only. No exceptions.

That's why we offer returns for Store Credit - it's like a little gift to yourself for next time! 😊 We don't do refunds back to your payment method, but trust us, you'll find something fabulous to treat yourself with!

Here's the Scoop on Returns:

Domestic Returns (US and Puerto Rico):

  1. Ship back your goodies using the Return Label in your package. Easy-peasy!
  2. No need to fuss over printing invoices or notifying us separately - our label's got your order number covered!
  3. Drop off your package at the nearest USPS spot and wave goodbye with a smile! 📦✨
  4. If your label got lost in the mail or had an unfortunate accident, shoot us an email at info@mybrazilianshop.com. We'll send you a shiny new one!
  5. Once we get your return, we'll shower you with Store Credit via a sweet Coupon Code sent straight to your inbox (please make sure to check your spam or promo folder, as we usually send the Code 24h after receiving your package). 💸 It's like finding money in your pocket - but better!

International Returns:

  • Calling all globe-trotters! We accept returns for Store Credit worldwide! Just remember, the shipping cost is on you, jet-setter.

Return Rules to Live By:

  • Keep those goodies in tip-top shape! No signs of wear, no funky odors, and keep those tags attached like they're VIP passes!
  • Oh, and one more thing: bottoms must be tried on with underwear! Let's keep it classy, folks. 👙🎩 (for hygienic reasons, bottoms tried on without underwear will not be accepted back)
  • Before you bid farewell to your return package, give it a once-over. Any stains, marks, or dirt on the goods? Sorry, we gotta say "no thanks" to that!
  • If you're sending back everything from your order, be sure to include the adorable floral bags your suits came in. Forget 'em? No worries, but we'll have to deduct $2.50 per bag from your total credit. 🌺💰

♡ Care Instructions:

1. We recommend hand washing your pieces in the shower with you as soon as you're done wearing it. Hang dry in the bathroom when done and put away when dry.

2. The same soap you use for your body should be fine.

3. We understand some washing machines have hand washing option, but putting your swimsuit in one can potentially damage its hardware and elastic fibers. If you must use a washing machine, select cold water, NO spin in the end and don't mix colors. Always hang dry.

4. Hand washing in a sink should be fine, just be careful no bleach product was used to clean that sink. Bleach or similar products will damage and stain the color and fabric.

5. Our swimsuits are Chlorine Resistant and were tested in several Pools before reaching our shelves. However, we are aware that some Public Pools might use harsh chemicals to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria that might damage the color and stain the fabric of your suit.

6. The cost of our pieces does not include a warranty against wear and tear, so please let us know if you need more instructions before wearing them to ensure long durability.
