Order Processing + Shipping Time

We process your order within 1-2 business days. The 6$ Regular Mail takes 2-5 business days; $12 Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days and $35 Overnight takes 1-2 business days.

Do I have to pay shipping every time I make an exchange? Why?

Yes. Shipping charges are separate from the value of the merchandise and are not refundable.

The prepaid return label included with your order is provided for your convenience and allows you to return eligible items. However, store credit is issued only for the value of the returned merchandise and does not include shipping costs.

When you use your store credit to place a new order, standard shipping charges will apply to the replacement order, just as they would for any new purchase.

Because we incur shipping costs every time we send an order, we are unable to offer free shipping on exchanges or replacement orders.

My tracking says the package was delivered but I did not receive it.

MyBrazilianShop does not take responsibility for packages marked delivered by the carrier. In the unfortunate circumstance that this happens to you, here is a list of things that you can do:

  1. contact USPS with your tracking number ASAP to start a claim for the lost package. We find that calling them usually works faster, but you can also file the claim online here. They are able to track via GPS which address the package was last scanned. Most packages show up this way.
  2. ask next door neighbors, adjacent streets, neighborhood facebook groups, ring app groups, etc.
  3. keep checking the mailbox in the next 1 or 2 days, sometimes they scan earlier than they drop off the package.
  4. if you purchased the $12 Priority Shipping or $35 overnight shipping you can claim insurance for up to $100 that can also be filed directly with USPS.

Are you guys going to restock a certain piece?

We most likely do not make the same fabric or print again. We have a few times when we received more than 100 people asking, but that only happened 2x. We do have a boutique in Brazil that carries our pieces as well, so if they have the piece you want, we can special order it for you. It usually arrives within 3-4 weeks of confirmed payment.
